[ssh_x509] SecureBox Pro 3.9.0 and SecureBox 3.1.1

Hello,

New versions of Android applications are published to "Play Store". Both 
are packaged with PKIX-SSH 15.2, and ldns 1.8.4.


About SecureBox Pro:
   Implement "addon" command communication model.

Remark: Not required but for consistency whit SecureBox - both 
application distribute one and the same set of binaries.


About SecureBox 3.1.0 (!):
   Stop to share "user id" on Android 13 or newer.

Remark: This will allows uses of secsh commands if "TermOne Plus" 
distribution is changed. For instance from application that fulfil 
"Google Play" policies to "F-Droid" distribution that offers "all files 
access" to "external storage".


About SecureBox 3.1.1:
   Require "TermOne Plus" 5.1.0.

Remark: Unfortunately 3.1.0 was published by mistake i.e., before new 
release of "TermOne Plus". The result is unresolved function. Now all is 
corrected - "TermOne Plus" 5.1.0 release is forced and published. I'm 
sorry for inconvenience.
