[ssh_x509] SecureBox Pro 2.7.4 and SecureBox 2.3.1

Hello,

Android applications SecureBox Pro  and SecureBox was updated to versions 2.7.4 and 2.3.1 respectively.
The new versions are packages with PKIX-SSH 12.6 and OpenSSL 1.1.1h.

Professional version (applicable to 2.7.3 as well) force use of askpass by SSH_ASKPASS_REQUIRE, source user start-up only if exist.
Terminal emulator was upgraded to 1.6.0:
     Prevent crash in closed session on overloaded devices.
     Keep cursor keys in "application mode" when activity is reinitialised.
     Improve cursor movements with active "scroll region".
     Properly display supplementary UNICODE characters (includes emoji).
