[ssh_x509] Support for RFC 6187

Hi Roumen,

Your patch currently implements draft-saarenmaa-ssh-x509-00.

Unfortunately, it's different than what became the standard, RFC 6187.

I'm wondering if it's on your to-do list to also support 6187 ?
