[ssh_x509] Announce X.509 certificate support 7.0

Dear All,

I would like to announce availability of X.509 certificate  support in 
OpenSSH version 7.0 (code name Integration) with following main feature 
- support for external devices.

The new version allow client to use as identity keys and certificates 
stored into "external devices".

Format of client identity is engine:[ENGINE_NAME]:[CERT_CRITERIA].

Version is tested with OpenSSL E_NSS engine 
http://developer.berlios.de/projects/enss/.

In brief you could use certificates and keys from Firefox, SeaMonkey, 
Thunderbird security database to authenticate to remote hosts.
